Tony Costa, a Premier strolling musician and vocalist, has his own special style and charm. Along with his repertoire of over 1000 songs, many in three languages, Tony shares family stories and anecdotes. This special attention to the patrons is what sets Tony in a class of his own.

And then there's Tony...
Born into a family of entertainers, Tony is no stranger to the stage. He started performing with his father on weekends at the tender age of four. At age sixteen, being a self taught musician, the next logical step was for Tony to establish himself in the entertainment industry. For some fifteen years he traveled across the United States and the Caribbean Islands with his review. He enjoyed five successful years in Las Vegas performing at the Showboat, the Desert Inn and the International and Frontier. He also appeared at various engagements in Lake Tahoe and Reno, Nevada.In 1979 Tony was the first strolling musician to perform in Atlantic City, starting with Resorts International Hotel and Casino in Capriccio’s Restaurant. This was just the beginning of a successful sixteen years. He remained at Resorts until 1981 when he was asked to bring his unique manner of entertainment to the Tropicana. For 7 years he not only strolled at the Tropicana’s gourmet restaurants, but also headlined the Showroom Revue. Tony left the Trop in late 1988, when he was requested to come to the Claridge Hotel and Casino, entertaining their patrons. Next stop for Tony was Caesars Resort Casino. In the four years with Caesars, Tony strolled the gourmet restaurants and also performed shows at the Cleopatra Lounge. Tony then went to the Showboat where he remained until 1995, performing in Casa DeNapoli and Mississippi Steak and Seafood House.Tony then brought his unique talents to Foxwoods Resort Casino located in Mashantucket, Connecticut, performing in their premier restaurants Al Dente, Fox Harbor and Cedars Steakhouse. Tony remained at Foxwoods for some eleven years when he was asked to bring his talents to the Mohegan Sun‘s Tuscany Restaurant, where he remained for 3 years. He has also performed at Vetrano’s Restaurant in Westerly, Rhode Island and Valentino’s Restaurant, in Ledyard, The Recovery Room Restaurant, in New London, Café Mangia in Colchester and many of the Illiano’s Restaurants throughout Connecticut. Tony was actively involved with the March of Dimes Telethon for many years and still loans his unique talents to many community benefits.Tony’s unique style, warmth and heart for his business are what sets him apart.
